Speaking at the event in Abuja, the founder and Managing Director of Fordax, Steven Michael, highlighted the institution’s dedication to empowering individuals through corporate training in leadership, communication, management, and self-development.

The school, which has been a key player in corporate training for 13 years and has operated in Abuja for over four years, continues to support personal and professional growth in Nigeria.

Michael noted that the celebration recognised alumni who have excelled in various fields, including business, enterprise, NGO management, and political leadership.

He emphasised the broader significance of the event, stating, “This is not just a celebration of individual achievements, but a testament to the critical role self-development plays in national development. Investing in personal growth is the key to driving societal progress.”

In addition to celebrating alumni, the event featured a graduation ceremony for 33 students from the October cohort who completed the public speaking course.

Michael also mentioned that Fordax Business School offers a wide range of programs, with students graduating from different courses throughout the year.

On his part, the MD/CEO of Value Pax Limited, Olusegun Daniel, highlighted the critical role communication plays in various professions and everyday life, emphasizing that effective communication is key to success in all sectors.

Reflecting on the event, Daniel praised the graduates and awardees, noting the significance of the knowledge they gained from Fordax’s business and communication programs. “Imagine a lawyer who cannot communicate effectively to defend a client, or a politician who fails to deliver a manifesto clearly – both are bound to fail. The same goes for doctors, businessmen, and professionals in any field. Without strong communication skills, success becomes elusive.”

He further stressed how essential communication is for Nigerian youth and society as a whole. “When people are able to communicate clearly, the impact on society is immense,” he said.
