Real Sociedad striker, Umar Sadiq, has expressed frustration over a lack of game time at the club.
Sadiq joined Real Sociedad from Almeria in 2022 and scored on his debut for the club.

The 27-year-old however sustained a cruciate ligament injury on his second appearance and was ruled out for the remainder of the 2022/23 season.

The former AS Roma player returned to action at the start of last season and managed three goals and as well as one assist in 26 league appearances.

However, most of the appearances came as a substitute.
Sadiq has made just six league appearances for Sociedad this season.

The Nigeria international has expressed dissatisfaction with his status at the club.

“I just need continuity and that does not depend on me. I’m training well, I’m more than a professional now and that other part doesn’t depend on me,” Sadiq was quoted by eldesmarque.
