Powell Homes and Shelters has hosted an end-of-year party and awards ceremony, rewarding staff, realtors, clients, and partners with gifts including cars and other items.

The event, which was held at the company’s Independence Layout office at No. 3 Umuamulu Street in Independence Layout, celebrated the hard work and dedication of employees and stakeholders with entertainment, recognition, and prizes.

Managing director Emmanuel Chibuikem Onyekachi emphasised the company’s tradition of rewarding excellence, noting plans to offer even greater prizes, like plots of land and houses, in future years. “This is our way of saying thank you for the services rendered and the trust you have in our brand,” he said.

Guests received awards and gifts such as brand-new Toyota cars, iPhones, smart TVs, generators, and more. The company’s brand ambassador, veteran actress Patience Ozokwo, praised Powell Homes for its integrity and urged her fans to patronise the company.

Ozokwo highlighted Powell Homes’ broad services, including land sales, estate development, and home management, and announced plans to expand operations to Abuja and Lagos in 2025.
