Yobe Deputy Governor’s Press Secretary Loses Twin Brother

The twin brother of the press secretary to Yobe State deputy governor, Hussaini Mai Sule, lost his brother, Hassan Maisule, early Monday in Jos, Plateau State.

A statement, personally signed by him, which was made available to LEADERSHIP in Damaturu, the Yobe State capital, said Hassan Mai Sule died yesterday in Jos.

According to the statement, the twin brother, a staff of the Ministry of Health, died in Jos Plateau State, where he was pursuing his PhD in Public Health.

Hussaini Mai Sule described the death of his twin brother as shocking and devastating.

He said Hassan’s death was a colossal loss to the government and good people of Yobe State.

He also said that the late Hassan Mai Sule was a patriotic Yobe indigene whose contributions to the development of the state could not be overstated.

He added, “I have lost my dear twin brother and a friend. His death is not only a loss to the state government but a personal loss to me, having had close and cordial relationships.”

“May his soul rest in peace and may Aljannah Firdausi be the reward of his good deeds,” he wrote.

The funeral prayer will be performed in Jos of Plateau State according to the statement.
