He stated this while inspecting ongoing rehabilitation work in the administrative building of the Assembly at the State Assembly Complex, Okpanam Road, Asaba.

Flanked by the Clerk of the House, Mr Otto Aghoghophia, some management staff and labour union leaders, Guwor expressed joy that the long-standing issue of the central cooling systems in the facility have been resolved.

In a statement by his chief press secretary, Nkem Nwaeke after the inspection of the facility, the speaker explained that the rehabilitation work is not just about physical infrastructure, but creating a comfortable working atmosphere that promotes productivity, collaboration and effective governance.

“As we continue to work towards the development of our dear Delta State, we must ensure that our infrastructure supports our goals. This rehabilitation work is a step in the right direction and I look forward to seeing its positive impact on our work,” Guwor stated.
