The All Progressives Congress (APC) has described Benue State Governor, Hyacinth Alia, as a beacon of hope for Benue citizens, and a model of purposeful governance, accountability and welfare.

The APC Caretaker Committee chairman, Dr. Benjamin Omale, in a statement, said Alia, the 6th civilian governor of the state, brought hope, progress, and visionary leadership to the state.

Omale, in a statement, said Alia is redefining governance and setting a new standard for transformative leadership by clearing salary arrears dating back to 2017, a feat that many considered impossible.

Omale also described the governor as a servant-leader with humility, compassion, and transparency, adding that his administration exemplifies good governance, prioritizing the needs of the people over personal or political gains.
