Ajala, who doubles as the executive director, Ladela Schools, disclosed this on Wednesday at the “I am Nigeria Women Achievers Conference Award 2022.”

She said” it is important that as we end this year, we should have tips and strategies that will support our mental health because if we are not mentally alert, we cannot be productive in our work places, even in our professional lives and homes. Ajala said mental health is part of the daily stress we go through in our lives and if we can overcome these stresses, we will be productive in our work places, at home even in the choices we make.

“Creating a workplace culture that values mental health does not need to be a costly endeavor,” he said.

Also, SDF founder, Sa’adety Adamu said it is very important for us to always create awareness, education can never be enough in dealing with mental health, that’s the only way people can understand the seriousness involved in mental health.
