The Customs Ladies advanced to the knockout stage of the tournament after a commanding victory in their opening match, where they defeated Mayo Kane Evolution (MKE) of Cameroon 3-0 (25-18, 25-17, 25-22). However, they suffered losses in their last two games against Carthage of Tunisia and APR of Rwanda.

Conversely, KCB won their first two matches but fell to Al Ahly of Egypt 3-2 in their most recent encounter.

Nigeria’s other representative, the Chief of Naval Staff (CNS) Spikers, will battle Litto Volleyball Club of Cameroon for a place in the quarter-finals of the championship.

CNS began their campaign with a straight-sets victory of 3-0 over Botswana’s Spikers and Spiking Stars. However, they were unable to replicate this success in their last two games against Zamalek and Kenya Prisons.
