“We arrested five suspects, all males, from Bogobiri, two at Effio Ette, and two at the mechanic village in 8 Miles.

“Substances seized from them include 2.386kg of cannabis sativa, 202g of tramadol, 2g of methamphetamine and 45g of Diazepam, which amounts to 2.635kg”.

Umebuali stated that the command has destroyed over 100 hectares of cannabis sativa farms in Odukpani and Akamkpa local government areas of the state in the last month to discourage the drug trade.

The Commander insisted that the agency has zero tolerance for illicit drug business, warning that offenders will have no hiding place but will face the full weight of the law.
