According to the REA, the Next Gen RESCO Leadership Program is designed to equip young Nigerians with essential skills through mentorship, strategic empowerment, and capacity-building platforms. By fostering innovation and encouraging partnerships among RESCOs, the program seeks to accelerate the deployment of decentralized renewable energy solutions across Nigeria.

Aligned with both national and global sustainability goals, this initiative underscores REA’s commitment to expanding clean energy access while nurturing the next generation of leaders in the energy sector.

The REA sees this program as a transformative step in shaping the future of Nigeria’s energy landscape.
