Landers Properties and Adozillion Homes have announced a joint partnership to deliver Echelon Apartment, a new residential development in Awoyaya, Ibeju Lekki, to support the federal government’s housing policy.

This is part of initiatives aimed at addressing Nigeria’s housing deficit and drive inclusive urban development in the Ibeju-Lekki economic corridor.

Speaking at a stakeholders’ engagement meeting yesterday in Lagos, Managing Director/CEO of Landers Properties, David OseKhuemen said the project is a direct response to the Federal Government’s call for private sector participation in solving Nigeria’s national housing challenges.
He said, “We are creating quality housing stock in proximity to the Lekki Deep Seaport and Free Trade Zone. With this project, we are not only providing homes, we are supporting the broader economic transformation envisioned for this corridor.”

The Echelon Apartment development along the Lekki-Epe Expressway offers flexible payment options with initial deposits starting at ₦10 million spread over 12 months.

According to OseKhuemen, the partnership with Adozillion Homes goes beyond profit but a direct contribution to Nigeria’s housing policy goals.“Our partnership with Adozillion Homes allows us to provide high-quality, dignified housing in a region that is important to the future of Lagos.”

He explained that Adozillion Homes has delivered more than 100 housing units in the past three years, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. “The company’s work on Mufasa

Apartments in Ikate, completed in just 13 months, and ongoing developments in Benin City and Enugu are pointers to its growing national footprint,” he added.

Earlier, the chief executive officer of Adozillion Homes, Dr. Simon Adozi, said the housing development features eco-conscious design elements, including energy-saving systems and advanced drainage infrastructure.

“We’ve carefully studied the national housing policy framework to ensure our development contributes to solving real challenges.
“When the Minister of Housing and Urban Development outlined the vision of the President Bola Tinubu administration for urban corridor development last year, we recognised an opportunity to contribute meaningfully. The Echelon project embodies the government’s vision for sustainable, mixed-income communities near infrastructure nodes.

“Housing is a national priority, and we believe private developers have a responsibility to contribute scalable solutions,” he said.
