Hon Mamman also disclosed that the construction and refurbishing of tertiary health care centres, employment of additional healthcare personnel, and improved welfare have been undertaken, signalling a strong commitment to addressing healthcare delivery challenges in the state.

The commissioner of information also stated that “With a vision to make Niger State the ‘Massachusetts of Nigeria, ‘ the government has invested over N1.3 billion in furniture, upgraded learning environments, and prioritised increased teacher welfare in addition to employing new teachers across the state.”

“Two years ago, the Bago administration came into office with a bold vision, to transform Niger State into a modern, economically productive, and socially inclusive entity. Today, we can say, without exaggeration, that the vision is unfolding with purpose and precision,” she added.
