Asari Dokubo Vows To Rebuild Rivers Community Abandoned Since 1885

The traditional ruler of Elem Kalabari community in Degema local government area of Rivers State, Alhaji Mujahid Asari Dokubo, has vowed to rebuild the community which was abandoned since 1885.
