2027: North-East APC Endorses Tinubu, Shettima For Re-election

The North-East chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has endorsed the presidential ticket of President Bola Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima for re-election in 2027.

The endorsement of the Tinubu/Shettima ticket was made on Sunday during the North East APC Consultative meeting in Gombe, the Gombe State capital.

Borno State governor, Professor Babagana Zulum; Mai-Mala Buni of Yobe and Inuwa Yahaya of Gombe and other top APC officials in the North-East were among thousands of party dignitaries at the meeting.

The forum said President Tinubu and VP Shettima have transformed Nigeria in their short term of leadership with the Renewed Hope Agenda.

They called on all Nigerians to rally behind the ticket that promises unity, progress and hope for the country in Tinubu and Shettima.

Governor Zulum noted that the Tinubu/Shettima-led government has in the last two years done a lot in the areas of health, education, youth and women empowerment, revenue generation, and improving the lives of citizens.

Other prominent personalities present at the meeting include the National Chairman of APC, Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje; Deputy National Chairman, Dr Ali Bukar Dalori, among others.
