Permanent Secretary
Adamawa State Civil Service Commission, Alhaji Abubakar Umar Maiha gave the directive on the ongoing recruitment exercise for NCE applicants on Friday.

Maiha, assured all NCE applicants that there is no cause for panic.

“His Excellency, Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, has directed the Commission to create a separate recruitment window specifically tailored for their qualifications.

“This special window will focus on employment opportunities within the State Post Primary Schools Management Board, ensuring that suitably qualified NCE holders are not left out of the employment process”.

The Commission appreciates the patience and understanding of all applicants and assured it remained committed to a transparent and inclusive recruitment process in line with the Governor’s vision for equitable employment.

Meanwhile, the Commission has cleared 52,003 applicants out of the 96,102 that applied to proceed to the next phase of the employment process.

It outlined several reasons for disqualification to include mismatches between applicants’ fields of study and the qualifications required, age limits exceeded by some applicants, incorrect or incomplete document uploads, applications from individuals who are not indigenes of the state, and submissions from those already employed by local government councils.
