Julia Roberts Gets Romantic Birthday Tribute From Husband Danny Moder

A birthday full of candles and affection was the centre of Danny Moder’s tribute to his wife, Julia Roberts, who turned 59 on Wednesday, October 28.

The cinematographer shared an old photograph on Instagram showing himself kissing Roberts’ shoulder as she laughed beside a candle-covered cake. His message made clear that, while he celebrates her throughout the year, her birthday holds a special place.

“Celebrating everyday… but October 28 the most,” Moder wrote. “More candles bring more joy. Love you so much.”

The couple’s relationship began on the set of The Mexican in 2000, where Roberts starred opposite Brad Pitt and Moder worked behind the camera.

They exchanged vows in a private ceremony at Roberts’ ranch in Taos, New Mexico, on July 4, 2002. In July this year, they marked 24 years of marriage, with Roberts sharing a sunny selfie of the pair leaning against each other on Instagram.
