Apostle Ovuede who said this in a press briefing at Ole, Isoko south local government of Delta state said there is no need for the people to fight over the contract.
According to him ,rather than fight over the contract people should cooperate with the former militant leader to ensure the success of the survelliance job.

He said the president could as well award the job to other citizens of the country but chosen to give it to indigenes of the Niger Delta adding that people should applaud the president and work to ensure it success rather than engaging on unnecessary bickerings.

According to him “the president could as well award the contract to each State and each Local Government but he opted not to,”
