The former Secretary General of the Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF), Anthony Sani has stated that the North-Central geopolitical zone must produce the National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).

Sani, who stated this on his verified facebook page on Thursday, recalled that the North-West and North-East already have the Speaker, House of Representatives and Vice President.

He added that the North-Central should produce the APC national chairman in the interest of fairness, equity and justice.

“Since the chairman of APC has been zoned to the North because the president is a southerner, the chairman should come from North-Central zone due to the fact that North-East has the Vice President and North-West has the Speaker. That way, justice, equity and fairness would ensued,” Sani said.
