Seasoned brand strategist and marketing consultant, Dami Owolabi, has officially launched BrandForge , a professional mentorship and training platform aimed at helping marketers and entrepreneurs sharpen their strategic thinking, enhance brand execution, and drive lasting business impact.
With over a decade of experience working across Nigeria and the United Kingdom, Owolabi explained that the idea for BrandForge was born out of a recurring pattern he observed in the industry: talented individuals struggling, not for lack of creativity, but due to the absence of structured support and strategic clarity. “People aren’t short on ideas.
They’re short on guidance. BrandForge is my response to that gap , a place where professionals can be refined, not just taught,” he said.
He credits part of the platform’s inspiration to the film The Forge, which underscored for him the value of mentorship and personal transformation. “Real growth happens through fire and direction,” Owolabi explained. “That message aligned perfectly with the vision I had been shaping for months.”
According to him, BrandForge offers a six-week one-on-one mentorship programme that provides personalized guidance through weekly virtual sessions, in-between support, and a post-program growth plan called the BrandForge Blueprint.
Participants are also admitted into an exclusive alumni community for continuous support, networking, and accountability.
The programme targets two main audiences: under-mentored marketing professionals and growth-focused small business owners. “These are people who are doing the work, but not always getting the results or recognition they deserve,” he said.
Unlike many generic mentorship platforms or webinar-based learning experiences, BrandForge offers a highly customized and practical approach. Each participant’s journey is shaped by their own goals and challenges. ‘We don’t hand you slides—we work through your real-world business or career problems together,’ Owolabi said.
In addition to the personalised mentorship, members gain access to virtual check-ins, industry-led sessions, in-person meetups in both Nigeria and the UK, and curated business tools and templates.
Owolabi emphasised that, BrandForge was built to address structural issues within the marketing and entrepreneurial landscape, particularly the lack of strategic support and isolation many professionals feel.
He believes that by helping participants connect insight to action, BrandForge can unlock sustainable growth for both individuals and the brands they manage.
BrandForge operates on a fee-based model.
While it is not a subscription service, the cost has been structured to remain accessible for mid-level professionals and emerging entrepreneurs.
This isn’t content for content’s sake,” Owolabi noted. “It’s about meaningful transformation. That requires focus, intention, and the right guide by your side.”
