ANA Commends Members Conferred Fellows of ICPAN

Association of Nigerian Authors (ANA) has celebrated its members Mallam Denja Abdullahi and Esther Adelana, who were conferred with fellows of the Institute of Corporate and Public Administrators of Nigeria (ICPAN) in Abuja.

Abdullahi, a retired director at National Council for Arts and Culture (NCAC), ex-ANA National President and authors of several poetry and dramatic works, was honoured for his exceptional leadership skills and commitment to the promotion of literature and public administration in Nigeria. His tenure as ANA President, left an indelible mark on the association, inspiring countless writers and advocates within the literary space.

Adelana, a young and promising writer, author of ‘Ìbálé: The Broken Pot’ (2024) and the Public Relations Officer, ANA Abuja Chapter, was recognized for her exemplary dedication and diligence in promoting literature, and her efforts in fostering a dynamic literary community.

“The ANA National Executive Council and its entire membership take immense pride in the accomplishments of these distinguished individuals whose contributions have significantly enriched the literary landscape and fostered a vibrant literary community in Nigeria,” said ANA National President, Dr Usman Akanbi.

Further describing the conferment, a testament to the transformative power of dedication and service in both literature and public administration, Akanbi expressed hopes of the latest fellows continued contributions in the future.
