Nigerian singer and songwriter Foelyjoe, born Ayetiran Folagbade Oluwasegun, has released his latest single ‘Blow Them’, a high-energy blend of Afrobeat, street-hop, and Yoruba influence.

But this isn’t just another track. It’s a statement. A sound of stubborn faith. A voice for a new generation grinding against the odds.

‘Blow Them’ speaks from the gut, raw, determined, and unapologetic. It captures the hunger of a boy who knows where he’s coming from and refuses to be ignored. For Foelyjoe, this is more than music. It’s legacy in motion.

Recently, Foelyjoe confirmed his roots trace back to the Adenusi Royal Family of Epe and through his mother to Oba Kosoko, the respected King of Lagos who later settled in Epe during a pivotal chapter in history. But he’s quick to clarify that, “I’m not using my platform just to talk about heritage. I’m not carrying the name for clout. This is my bloodline. This is my foundation. It’s not just where I’m from, it’s what I stand on.”

Raised on stories of royalty and resilience, and influenced by legends like Ligali Mukaiba, Fela Kuti, 9ice, and Wizkid, Foelyjoe fuses the spirit of the past with the fire of now. ‘Blow Them’ is more than a track, it’s a charge, a warning, and a celebration of the relentless.

This is music for the streets, for the dreamers, for anyone who knows what it means to fight for their name, their future, and their truth.
