Fast-growing real estate firm, Zularich Properties, has launched its newly completed Zularich Residences Estate in its expansion drive along the Lekki-Epe axis of Lagos State, reinstating its commitment to real estate excellence and rewarding its realtors.
In a recent ceremony at the estate located at Ajayi Apata area, Sangotedo, Lagos, the company handed over units to new owners. At the event, the firm also handed over a brand new Toyota Corolla car to a lucky realtor in its raffle draw.
Commissioned in June 2024, Zularich Residences is a gated residential enclave consisting multiple units of 3-bedroom terrace apartments and 4-bedroom fully detached duplexes.
According to the CEO of Zularich Properties, Dr. John Paul Enemuoh, the company has been in the property business for four years, but Zularich Residences is its first finished residential project.
“In the middle of last year, we decided that we want to do something different, something sophisticated with a touch of luxury, uncommon on this axis, and yet affordable to our clientele. That was how Zularich Residences was born. We have done some serviced plots but this is our first residence project,” he stated.
Dr. Enemuoh identified some of the challenges of developing residential estates in Lagos. These include government policy inconsistency and disruptions by local touts known as Omo Onile. The real estate guru also called on the government to provide an enabling environment for developers to thrive.
Chairman, Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN), Lagos Chapter, Mr. Tony Aspire Kolawole, commended the strides made by Zularich Properties in the real estate sector, noting that, ” real estate is one of the most lucrative investments you can ever make. Once you acquire one property, you develop the taste for more.”
“I salute the courage and integrity of Dr. Enemuoh and his team for daring to do something different from others in this area. I also love the fact that they fulfill all their promises” Mr. Kolawole added.
Also speaking at the event, the Chief Operating Officer of Gracias Global Homes and Property Ltd, who is also the Head of Strategy and Planning Committee at REDAN, Lagos Chapter, Dr. Wale Ponnle, said the project will address the pressing issue of housing deficit in Lagos.
“Zularich Residences will help to bridge the housing deficit in Lagos and provide a pathway for sustainable housing development that ensures adequate, secure, and affordable housing” Dr. Ponnle stated.
Both realtors and clients commended Zularich properties for timely delivery of the project.
According to one of the new buyers, Mr. Salami, who acquired one of the 4-bedroom duplexes, the company provided flexible payment plans.
“It took us up to a year to finish paying for the property as the company allowed us to pay bit by bit. I am also happy about the quality of the property,” said Mr. Salami.
Zularich Properties also officially announced the third batch allocation of lands to buyers at The Pineapples Estate, Imota Ikorodu, slated for the 29th of August 2025 in a bid to fulfill its vision to make the home ownership process seamless and flexible for every Nigerian.
