Senator Ede Dafinone of the Delta Central Senatorial District has described Vice President Kashim Shettima’s 59th birthday as a remarkable journey of service and resilience.

In a statement released on behalf of his family and constituents, Senator Dafinone described him as a “patriotic statesman” and a “shining example of purposeful leadership.”

He said Shettima’s commitment to national unity, peace, and sustainable development continues to inspire Nigerians across all divides.

Dafinone highlighted Shettima’s pivotal role in supporting President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s “Renewed Hope Agenda,” crediting him with laying the foundation for economic revival and social stability.

He commended the Vice President’s “humility, intellect, and political sagacity,” which he said have made him a beacon of hope for a new generation of leaders.
