Plateau State Governor Barr. Caleb Mutfwang has celebrated his deputy, Ngo Josephine Piyo, on the occasion of her 68th birthday.
Mutfwang in a message described Ngo Josephine Piyo as a refined and distinguished democrat, an accomplished health practitioner and a devoted public servant whose invaluable contributions had positively shaped governance and development in Plateau State.
The governor in a statement issued by the director of press and public affairs, Gyang Bere, extolled her sterling qualities, noting that she was not only an experienced legislator and seasoned administrator but also a leader whose wealth of experience spans diverse areas of human endeavor.
He added that her enduring service to Plateau State remained indelible, with her commitment and actions consistently aligning government policies with the aspirations and daily needs of the people.
Mutfwang praised Ngo Piyo as a model of humility, wisdom and vision whose leadership, resilience and patriotic spirit have touched countless lives.
