Barau FC Appoints Iorfa As General Manager, Baita Vice President

Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) debutant Barau FC have made two significant appointments to its leadership team as part of a strategic initiative aimed at achieving excellence and long-term success in Nigerian football.

In a statement issued by the club’s media director, Ahmad Hamisu Gwale, it was confirmed that Dominic Iorfa has been appointed as the General Manager, while Alhaji Kabiru Baita steps in as Vice President of the club.

The announcement was made by Shawall Barau Jibrin, the club’s President, who expressed confidence in the abilities of both men to guide the club into a new era of professionalism and competitiveness.

“Dominic brings a wealth of expertise from the Nigerian football industry, boasting a proven track record in strategic leadership, talent development, and elite performance,” the statement read.

“We are confident that his vision will elevate our club both on and off the pitch.”

Dominic Iorfa is a well-respected figure in Nigerian football, having held various roles in top-tier clubs and demonstrating a commitment to nurturing young talent and creating competitive teams.

Alhaji Kabiru Baita, who takes on the role of Vice President, brings extensive experience, a reputation for integrity, and a strong network within the Nigerian football community. “His leadership will be instrumental as we chart a bold and sustainable path to success,” the statement added.
