Yobe State Head of Service, Alhaji Tonga Betara Bularafa, has commissioned a state-of-the-art information and communication technology (ICT) centre at the Governor’s Office in Damaturu, Yobe State.

He described the facility as a strategic milestone in the transformation of the Yobe State Civil Service, which is expected to eliminate bureaucratic bottlenecks, improve administrative efficiency and strengthen data-driven decision making across ministries, departments and agencies.

Conducting the Head of Service around the centre, the director of Administration, Mohammed Mustapha,  explained that the ICT hub would serve as a central platform for digital records, personnel management and policy planning, a critical tool in driving the sustainable development of the state’s workforce.

In his remarks, Alhaji Bularafa expressed satisfaction with the quality and functionality of the centre.
