The chairman of Karu Local Government Area, Barrister Abubakar Aliyu Madaki, has approved the appointment of 70 aides, ranging from senior special assistant to special assistants.

In a statement issued by the special assistant on media and publicity, Hon Adamu Ladan, revealed that the exact number of those appointed consisted of six senior and 64special assistants.
He noted that these high-level appointment categories for the senior special assistant and special assistant are to carry out policies and deliver governance dividends for good people at the grassroots level.

Ladan concluded by saying certain things are considered, including competency, contribution to the party, and loyalty to the dividend of democracy.

He charged them to develop creative and implementable programmes to position the local government as a leading centre for impactful youth initiatives,” Ladan added.

He congratulated the new appointees and wished them success in their roles.
