Vice President Kashim Shettima has arrived at the Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa International Airport, Bauchi, for the Bauchi International Investment Summit 2025 on Wednesday.

On arrival, the Vice President was received by the governor of Bauchi State, Senator Bala Mohammed, alongside members of the Bauchi State Executive Council, top government officials, and other dignitaries.

According to the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity (Office of the Vice President), Stanley Nkwocha, who disclosed the development on his Facebook page with a short video of Shettima’s arrival in Bauchi, the Vice President will declare the summit open, as Bauchi positions itself as a new frontier for investment and economic growth.

The two-day event will bring together investors, policymakers, and development partners to explore opportunities in agriculture, industry, energy, and trade, in line with the Renewed Hope Agenda of the Federal Government.
