Ogboru in a statement on Saturday, titled: ‘2023: Hope Must Be Restored’ told his supporters that “no man born of a woman can stop our victory this time around.”

While commending his supporters for their “uncompromising effort and unwavering love” towards him, he added that they all have tried beyond their best for being part of the “long and exhausting struggle for a new Delta despite the fact that things have not worked out as expected.”

Adding: “But be rest assured that come 2023 your mandate will stand. Let’s see this as a last fight for freedom and we will do it with all the key mechanisms and strategies to achieve victory at the end,” he said.

He continued: “Keep hope alive as a New Delta is here. Henceforth as you go to your various places of work or businesses don’t forget to tell others about the mission and vision for a liberated Delta State.
