Delegates Arrive For PDP National Convention

Delegates have arrived from 19 states of the federation ahead of the 2025 national delegates convention of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) slated for Ibadan, Oyo State capital,.

The states include Adamawa, Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Bauchi, Bayelsa, Benue, Borno, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Ebonyi, Enugu, FCT, Imo, Kaduna, Jigawa, Kano, Katsina and Ekiti

The convention is coming amidst crisis and different court judgments. Last-minute preparations have been completed amid a potential showdown between factional camps in the opposition party.

Delegates were seen sitting on their allocated seats while some supporters were seen with drums dancing and singing praises of contestants.
