Oyo State Head of Service, Mrs Olubunmi Oni, has announced that the confirmation, promotion and advancement examinations for workers will take place on Tuesday, 16th, and Wednesday, December 17, 2025.

Mrs Oni, in a statement signed by her Media Officer, Mr Abiodun Atilola, in Ibadan, stated that the list of candidates and their respective centre numbers had been released based on the expressions of interest submitted via the Google Form by the candidates.

She, however, noted that some candidates’ names appeared on the uncleared list due to name mismatches, incorrect payment details, and payments made after the Google Form submission deadline on October 31, 2025.

The statement allayed the fears of such workers: “There is no cause for alarm. Arrive early at the examination venue so that the Secretariat can resolve any issues before the commencement of the examinations”.

Oni also outlined clearance guidelines for eligible candidates, which include submitting the Google Form on or before 31 October 2025 and providing evidence of payment. Failure to submit the Google Form promptly, without fee, will result in disqualification.

“Our desk officers in each zone will provide you with professional assistance. We wish you success in the examinations”, she added.

The Head of Service emphasised that if candidates’ names were absent from the list of their respective zones despite having registered within the stipulated timeframe, such candidates should proceed to the complaint centre with the necessary documentation.

She expressed gratitude to the Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde, for providing a level playing field for all civil servants in the State.
