Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has sworn in Abdul-Ganiyu Obasa, son of the speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Mr Mudashiru Obasa, as the substantive chairman of Agege local government area.
Abdul-Ganiyu Obasa was earlier sworn in on July 27, 2025, as vice-chairman alongside the former council chairman, Mr Tunde Azeez.
