The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has announced the release of the list of shortlisted candidates for the Direct Short Service Commission (DSSC) 34/2025 and has invited successful applicants to attend the DSSC 34 Enlistment Interview, scheduled to take place in Kaduna from January 12.
The announcement was contained in a public statement issued by the Nigerian Air Force and signed by its Director of Public Relations and Information, Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodame, on Sunday, January 4, 2026.
According to the NAF, “the list of shortlisted candidates for the DSSC 34 Selection Interview has been uploaded on the NAF Recruitment Portal,” adding that “successful candidates are hereby invited to attend the DSSC 34 Enlistment Interview, scheduled to hold at the Nigerian Air Force Base, Kaduna, from 12 January to 8 February 2026.”
The Air Force explained that candidates would not be interviewed at once, stressing that “candidates will be interviewed in batches, strictly in accordance with the schedule published on the NAF recruitment website.”
It further urged applicants to pay close attention to the guidelines provided online, warning that non-compliance could attract penalties.
“All invited candidates are strongly advised to carefully read and strictly comply with all instructions provided on the portal,” the statement said.
The NAF also cautioned that attendance must align with the assigned dates, noting that “candidates must report as scheduled for their respective batches, as failure to adhere to the stated guidelines may lead to disqualification.”
Beyond the interview schedule, the Air Force encouraged applicants to properly prepare themselves by studying available resources. It said, “applicants are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the information available on the portal, including guidance for prospective officers and airmen, as well as details of the Armed Forces of Nigeria Harmonised Terms and Conditions of Service.”
The statement directed candidates to the official recruitment portal for further details and updates on the exercise.
