The Financial Institutions Training Centre (FITC) has announced plans to host the sixth edition of its Employee Engagement and Experience Conference (E3 Conference 6.0) on Wednesday.

According to FITC, the conference will be held in a hybrid format, allowing participants to attend in person or virtually.

With the theme, “Delivering Workforce Value in the Digital Age: Productivity, Accountability, and Performance through AI & Hybrid Work,” the event is expected to convene senior business leaders, human resource professionals, people managers, technology experts and policy influencers to examine strategies for optimising workforce performance in an increasingly digital and hybrid work environment.

FITC said the conference will explore how organisations can drive productivity, strengthen accountability and enhance performance while maintaining a positive employee experience, amid the growing adoption of artificial intelligence, hybrid work models and data-driven decision-making.

The 2026 edition will feature presentations and panel discussions led by industry leaders, including the managing director/chief executive officer of FITC, Dr Chizor Malize; group head, Human Capital Management and Development at First Bank of Nigeria, Olumuyiwa Olulaja; head of Human Resources at Providus Bank, Kingsley Ogirri; chief talent and culture officer at Polaris Bank, Oyiza Salu; , head of Human Resources at SunTrust Bank, Tolulope Dayo Peters;  head of Human Resources at Sterling Financial Holdings Company, Dr Omotola Adedapo, and director of Human Resources at Eko Hotels and Suites, Emmanuel Michael.

According to FITC, the speakers will share practical case studies and strategic insights on leveraging AI-enabled systems, managing hybrid workforce accountability, redefining employee engagement and building high-performing teams in a rapidly evolving business landscape.

The organisation noted that the E3 Conference has, over the years, grown into a leading thought-leadership platform that shapes conversations around employee engagement, workforce strategy, and organisational performance across sectors.
