Former Super Eagles coach, Sunday Oliseh, has thrown his support behind Arsenal to clinch the UEFA Champions League title this year.
During an interview on his programme, Sunday Oliseh’s Global Football Insights, the former Juventus midfielder lauded the current Premier League leaders as an “exceptional team.” Oliseh believes the Gunners’ solidity and strength give them a significant edge in the competition.
“This Arsenal team is exceptional. They are very solid, they are strong, and that is one very clear reason why they are dominating the way they are dominating in the Champions League,” Oliseh stated. He further added, “In fact, I think they have a better chance of winning the Champions League this year than they did last year.”
Arsenal impressively topped their Champions League group, securing automatic qualification for the Round of 16.
