Nigerian actress Enado Odigie has revealed that she and her filmmaker husband, Tola Odunsi, quietly welcomed their first child together several months ago, opening up about her new chapter as a mother.
The announcement came in a heartfelt Instagram post, in which the actress described her baby boy as the “centre of my universe,” explaining that she had taken time away from the public eye to focus on motherhood. According to her, the experience has been both transformative and deeply fulfilling.

In a message shared on her Instagram page, Odigie reflected on balancing life and parenting, noting that she cherishes most moments of the journey while adjusting to the responsibilities that come with raising a child. She, however, did not disclose the baby’s name or exact birth date.
The couple, who tied the knot in a private ceremony in February 2025, first hinted at their growing family during their traditional wedding celebration in Benin, Edo State, where they publicly confirmed the pregnancy months after their union.
