The Imo Progressive Movement (IPM), the foremost political support group for Governor Hope Uzodimma has commended the Governor for the emergence of Imo State as the second highest in the All Progressive Congress registration.

According to the group, it gave them exceptional pride and deep political vindication that Imo State emerged second highest state of new registrations saying it was the direct, logical, and inevitable consequence of six years of governance so excellent, so visible, so consistent.
The IPM said “the Imo Progressives Movement notes with exceptional pride, unbridled excitement, and deep political vindication the historic achievement of Imo State in the just concluded All Progressives Congress (APC) nationwide membership E-registration exercise, in which Imo State emerged in a glorious second position out of all thirty-six states of the Federation and the Federal Capital Territory.
“This extraordinary ranking did not happen by chance. It was not the product of coercion, inducement, or administrative manipulation. It was the direct, logical, and inevitable consequence of six years of governance so excellent, so visible, so consistent, and so life-changing that Imo people are not merely passive beneficiaries of good governance but have become its most passionate and committed ambassadors”, the communique read.
They said after an assessment tour of the 305 electoral wards of the state, the governor had performed excellently with over 130 roads constructed, rehabilitated, or awarded including the Assumpta Flyover and construction of the Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu International Conference Centre (EIICC) and Concorde Hotel renovation.

The IPM pledged continuous support for Uzodimma’s projects saying “the IPM solemnly and publicly recommits to supporting Governor Hope Uzodimma with undiminished energy, unwavering loyalty, and renewed determination as he continues to transform Imo State. We shall mobilize in every ward, every community, every market, every campus, and every household. We shall tell the story of what this Governor has done wherever there are ears to hear. We shall counter misinformation with facts, lies with evidence, and pessimism with the concrete achievements that line the roads of Imo State for all to see”, Dibiagwu said.
