Firm Emerges Financial Service Company Of The Year

Branch NG has been named Financial Service Company of the Year at the 2026 National Brand Excellence and Leadership Awards held at the Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The award was presented during Nigeria’s Brand Week 2026, recently organised by the Institute of Brand Management of Nigeria (IBMN), to recognise outstanding corporate performance in the year under review.

Branch NG emerged winner in the financial services category following the outcome of the Board of Fellows Research Report conducted by IBMN.

According to the organisers, the awards recognise brands and organisations that apply best practices in brand management across analysis, planning, implementation, and policy execution to achieve corporate objectives.

Registrar and Chief Executive Officer of IBMN, Desmond Esorougwe, said the company’s selection followed a rigorous research process in which it scored above competitors across several performance indicators.

He noted that Branch NG demonstrated strong capacity in delivering financial products and services, citing its commitment to customer service and innovation.

Speaking after receiving the award on behalf of the Managing Director, Marketing Lead, Nigeria at Branch International, Oluwaseyi Onibudo, described the recognition as validation of the company’s focus on innovation and service delivery.

He said the award would further motivate the organisation to enhance its performance and sustain its growth trajectory in Nigeria’s financial services sector.

Other awards presented at the event included Telecommunication Company of the Year, Babycare Brand of the Year, Flour Brand of the Year, Insurance/HMO Brand of the Year, Alcoholic Drink/Beer Brand of the Year, Personal Hygiene Brand of the Year, Insecticide Brand of the Year, Food Brand of the Year, and Power/Electric Brand of the Year, among others.
