Nollywood actor and film producer, Rotimi Salami, has opened up about the death of his friend and colleague, Allwell Ademola.

The actor recently spoke on Oyinmomo TV, noting that he believes the actress’s passing was simply her time. He also said that cardiac arrest can happen to anyone, despite how cautious they are in taking care of their health.

Salami divulged that several people who were close to the late actress knew she had asthma, but she took her health seriously and never joked with it.

“I believe it was just her time. It’s simple – cardiac arrest can happen to anyone. Most people know she’s asthmatic, but she doesn’t joke with her health”.

Rotimi said his wife knew about his close relationship with Allwell.

Allwell had died on December 27th following a heart attack at her home. Allwell’s colleagues then confirmed the tragic news through their respective social media platforms.
