Creative industry leaders, artists, entrepreneurs, and media professionals from across Nigeria and beyond are set to gather in Abuja for the 2026 edition of the Spadez Artist & Creative Network Summit (SACNet 2026).
The two-day summit, organised by Spadez Management & PR Limited and supported by the British Council Nigeria, is scheduled for March 29 and 30, 2026, and is designed to foster innovation, collaboration, and sustainable growth within Africa’s creative ecosystem.
Organisers say the summit, themed “Creative Influence: Connecting Vision & Voices,” will serve as a dynamic platform connecting creative talents with brands, investors, and cultural institutions, while unlocking new opportunities within the continent’s rapidly growing creative economy.
Participants will engage in panel discussions, keynote sessions, creative showcases, and a curated marketplace experience designed to spotlight emerging talent and promote real-time engagement.
The event will also feature a Creative Marketplace and networking spaces, enabling attendees to connect directly with industry leaders, collaborators, and potential partners.
According to the Founder and Lead Consultant of Spadez Management & PR Limited, Obianuju Asika, the summit is focused on equipping creatives with the tools, visibility, and networks needed to build sustainable, globally competitive careers.
“SACNet is about helping Africa’s creatives transform talent into influence, opportunity, and long-term impact. Our goal is to create a platform where creatives and entrepreneurs can build their brands, connect with the right partners, and grow within a structured and evolving creative economy,” she said.
She further noted that the summit will explore critical areas shaping the modern creative industry, including creative entrepreneurship, storytelling, media visibility, brand positioning, and cross-sector collaboration.
Beyond the summit, SACNet is positioned as a growing ecosystem, with plans to introduce year-round programming, mentorship initiatives, and community-driven platforms to support emerging creatives and strengthen Africa’s creative sector.
The initiative is expected to drive long-term value by connecting talent with economic opportunities, fostering cross-industry partnerships, and contributing to the continued growth of Nigeria’s creative economy.
