Browncon Group has celebrated its 10th anniversary, marking a decade of building sustainable businesses and driving transformation across Africa. The event, held in Abuja, was themed “A Decade of Resilience and Faith.”
At the event, the group CEO, Dr Samuel Ndubuisi-Brown, described the company’s journey as one rooted in resilience and faith, noting that the past decade had been filled with challenges, setbacks, and moments of doubt. He emphasized that perseverance and belief have remained the foundation of the company’s growth.
He revealed that Browncon Group operates across nine sectors, spans three continents, and impacts lives in seven countries, with a portfolio valued at $2.4 million. According to him, these achievements reflect the power of determination and vision, beyond just numbers.
As part of the anniversary celebration, the company unveiled the Browncon Care Foundation, aimed at addressing poverty, lack of skills, gender inequality, and climate challenges across Africa.
The foundation will focus on healthcare, education, empowerment, and environmental sustainability.
Ndubuisi-Brown explained that the firm believes in “African capitalism,” where business growth aligns with social impact. He noted that investments in sectors like clean energy and real estate are designed not only for profit but also to improve lives and create opportunities.
Looking ahead, the company announced its “One Million” initiative, a commitment to impact one million lives by 2030 while expanding into more countries. He stressed that Africa’s growing needs present opportunities for businesses to provide solutions and build lasting legacies across the continent.
