An electricity expert, Engr. Auwal Gwallaga, has commended the reappointment of Sule Ahmed Abdulaziz as Managing Director of the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) for a second term.

Gwallaga, in a statement, described the development as well-deserved, citing Abdulaziz’s leadership and contributions to strengthening Nigeria’s power transmission network.

He noted that the TCN boss has demonstrated professionalism and strategic direction, which have helped to build confidence within the power sector.

According to him, the reappointment is expected to further enhance efforts to expand and modernise transmission infrastructure, with a view to improving electricity supply nationwide.

“The reappointment has been widely anticipated given his track record in driving growth and modernisation in the sector,” Gwallaga said.
