The Kaduna State commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, Sule Shu’aibu, has felicitated with Christians on the occasion of Easter celebration.
He hailed the peaceful coexistence, unity and cooperation among faiths under Governor Uba Sani’s administration, describing it as unprecedented.
Shu’aibu urged Christians to imbibe “this unifying culture, extending love, kindness, peace and forgiveness to all regardless of religion or ethnicity, in line with the teachings of Jesus Christ.”
In a statement by the commissioner’s media team on Friday, Shu’aibu expressed delight that Governor Sani’s leadership has significantly impacted citizens’ lives, bringing lasting peace and unity.
Assuring of the safety of lives and properties during and after the festivities, Shu’aibu emphasised the need for citizens to appreciate Governor Sani’s massive investments in peace.
The commissioner however implored citizens to be security conscious and vigilant while traveling, and to cooperate with security agencies to achieve collective success.
