Osun FA Takes President Federation Cup To Historic Odùduwà College

In a thoughtful fusion of sport, history, and community pride, the Osun State Football Association has selected the renowned Odùduwà College, Ile-Ife, to host the semi-final matches of the President Federation Cup.

This decision is deeply symbolic, blending the excitement of football with the rich heritage of the region.

The semi-final fixtures promise thrilling encounters will see Ejigbo City (Ejigbo) Lock Horns with Ijesa Golden Warriors (Ilesa) on Monday, April 13 in first semifinal; while Telu FC (Iwo) and Dokkal Khairu (Ile-Ife) will faceoff in second semifinal game on the same day. The Final is scheduled for Sunday, 26th April 2026.

Established in 1932 by Oba Sir Adesoji Aderemi, Odùduwà College is a pivotal institution in Osun State’s educational history. As the state’s first secondary school, it embodied a pioneering vision to advance local education when opportunities were scarce.
