The Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (OHoSF) has developed a federal civil service strategy and implementation plan 2021- 2025 (FCSSIP25) to succeed the Federal Civil Service Strategy and Implementation Plan (FCSSIP) 2017-2020.
The head of service of the federation, (HoSF) Dr. Folasade Yemi-Esan, stated this at the 44th meeting of the National Council on Establishments (NCE) in Yola.
Under the plan, the HoS office would commit more time, efforts and resources to accelerate training and retraining of staff, leadership management and succession planning; institutionalisation of performance management system to replace APER and improvement in Integrated Personnel and Payroll Information System (IPPIS) – Human Resource (HR) module to achieve a clean payroll.
