Nigerian actress Annie Macaulay has announced her return to acting, revealing plans for a new film project after stepping away from major productions for some time.

The actress shared the news in an Instagram video from a movie set in Enugu State, expressing her joy at returning to what she loves most.

She expressed gratitude for growth, fresh opportunities and the chance to keep telling stories through film.

She added that her passion for acting remains strong, describing it as a new beginning.

“There’s something so beautiful about finding your way back to the things that make your soul come alive…

Being back on set, creating stories, becoming different characters, and doing what I truly love reminds me of why I started this journey in the first place. Acting will always have a special place in my heart, and I’m honestly so happy to be back doing what brings me joy.
