Mouka MD Receives ADVAN Marketing, Business Leadership Award

The managing director of Mouka Limited, Dimeji Osingunwa, has received the Marketing and Business Leadership Award at the ADVAN African Awards for Marketing and Business Excellence 2026.

The event drew government officials, industry representatives, multinational executives and other stakeholders from across Africa’s marketing and business sectors.

Organised by the Advertisers Association of Nigeria (ADVAN), the awards recognise performance in marketing and business. ADVAN represents more than 200 organisations and over 600 brands and is a member of the World Federation of Advertisers.

The association noted that the Marketing and Business Leadership Award is given to individuals who have had a notable impact on business growth, strategic direction and organisational leadership.

According to the organisers, Osingunwa was selected for his contributions to the sector.

Since becoming managing director at Mouka, Osingunwa has led initiatives intended to strengthen the company’s market position and commercial performance. Colleagues describe his leadership approach as emphasising clarity, discipline and consideration for staff.

Commenting on the recognition, Osingunwa said the award reflects the work of his team and committed the company to continued improvement in products and operations.

Mouka’s head of human resources and administration, Ifeoma Okoruen, said the recognition highlights the company’s focus on leadership and people development.

The ADVAN Awards aim to recognise organisations and leaders that influence marketing and business practices across Africa.
