‘Tinubu’s Emergence, Pathway To APC’s Victory’

A former  governorship aspirant on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kogi State, Alhaji Saidu Ugohoh, has expressed confidence that the pathway to winning the 2027 general election has begun with the emergence of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the party’s candidate.

The Santuraki of Ebiraland and United States (US)-based businessman in a statement released via his media office, commended members of the party for retaining Tinubu on the APC ticket.

He stressed that the Renewed Hope Agenda had to be sustained in the overall interest of Nigeria and generations unborn.

According to him, “this message comes on the hills of securing an overwhelming primaries victory of over 10 million votes from our party men and woman from across the 36 states and FCT of the country. This very victory at the primary is a testament to the believe in you and your Renewed Hope reform agenda by our party and party loyalists.

“This speaks loudly to all Nigerians and the disillusioned opposition that your party is intact, your vision resolute and your match to 2027 unified around a people and party committed to delivering the needed reforms for a renewed Nigeria that meets the yearnings and aspirations of our over 220 million citizens.

“While the President and the APC National Working Committee (NWC) must be commended for the leadership and courage shown throughout the whole process, we must remind ourselves that there still remains a lot to be done, that victory may be ours in the 2027 Presidential and general elections. “All party men and women must now redouble their efforts to closing the ranks and unifying the grassroots. Our governors and other political office holders within the APC fold must now recalibrate to meet the yearnings and needs of our people at the state, local governments and ward levels across the country.

‘We must now reinvigorate the party structures from the national to the Ward level to ensure that we own this campaign and ensure victory for our party, nation and citizens.”

“All these we must rededicate ourselves to, to ensure a smooth ride for Mr President’s re-election victory as well as all our candidate across board,’ he said.
