Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) House of Representatives aspirant in Lagos State, Hon. Hassan Zamani, has pledged to prioritise grassroots development, youth empowerment, and employment opportunities for women and young people in Eti-Osa Constituency II if elected.

The aspirant, a former PDP chieftain in Lagos State, clinched the NDC ticket following a massive show of support from delegates, party faithful, youth groups, women associations, and other stakeholders across the constituency.

After his emergence, Zamani expressed gratitude to the leadership of the NDC, party delegates, supporters, and residents of Eti-Osa Constituency II for entrusting him with the mandate to represent the party in the forthcoming election.

“This victory is not just for Hassan Zamani, but for every young person, every market woman, every artisan, every progressive voice, and every resident of Eti-Osa Constituency II who believes in a better future. I am deeply humbled by this overwhelming support, and I assure our people that this movement will remain focused on service, unity, development, and purposeful representation,” he said.

He assured the constituents that his campaign would be on creating employment opportunities for youths, supporting women entrepreneurs, improving community infrastructure, and ensuring effective representation that reflects the needs and aspirations of the people.

Zamani also called on the party members and supporters to remain united and committed as the party prepares for the general election, stressing that the mission ahead is to deliver quality representation and bring governance closer to the people.
