With Nigeria contributing one-quarter of global sales, TVS Motor Company (TVSM) has deepened its investment in the country’s tricycle sector by entering into a strategic partnership with Enviable Tricycle Auto Parts Limited as an additional distributor to increase the scale of its operations across the country.

This collaboration aims to leverage Enviable Tricycle’s established distribution network and operational reach to boost TVS Motor Company’s visibility and accessibility within the Nigerian market.

The partnership will not only enhance distribution but also provide Nigerian consumers with access to TVS Motor Company’s renowned global product portfolio and exemplary customer service.

By merging TVS Motor Company’s exceptional product offerings with Enviable’s expanding market capabilities, this partnership sets the stage for sustainable growth within Nigeria’s mobility sector.

Nigeria and the larger African region have been central to growth of the international business of TVS Motor Company, accounting for 25 per cent of overall sales in financial year 2025. Africa is also the single largest region, accounting for more than half of global operation revenue and nearly 70 per cent of export unit volumes.

Speaking at the signing ceremony for the partnership with Enviable Tricycle Auto Parts held yesterday in Lagos, the president of International Business at TVS Motor Company, Peyman Kargar stated, “our commitment is to build a scalable presence in this vital market, improve customer experience, and generate sustainable long-term value as we adapt to the evolving global mobility landscape.”

Kargar also highlighted the potential for expansion into previously unrepresented areas of Nigeria, attributing a key role to Enviable Auto in this initiative, saying “our partnership with Enviable Auto will allow us to broaden our presence and enhance service delivery in these regions.”

Looking ahead, he said, TVS Motor Company plans to invest further in Nigeria, enhancing customer service and delivering greater value to clients.

Kargar reaffirmed the company’s commitment to being a reliable partner in Nigeria, consistently offering quality products and contributing to the nation’s mobility and economic growth.

The managing director, Enviable Tricycle Auto Parts, Chukwuemeka Ituma stated, “this partnership is a defining moment for Enviable Tricycle Auto Parts. It reflects our growing role as a key execution partner in Nigeria’s mobility ecosystem. By combining our nationwide distribution capabilities with TVS Motor Company’s globally trusted product portfolio, we are positioned to deliver improved access, stronger service reach, and enhanced value to customers across the country.”

With the expanded network, TVS Motor Company intends to also increase its product portfolio in the markets and is expected to launch newer products across multiple forms and segments, offering technologically advanced, high quality mobility solutions to a wide spectrum of Nigerian customers.
